Professional Update Consultation
We have launched a consultation on a scheme of Professional Update for teachers.
Keeping on top of profiles
Please remember to check and sign off the supporter meeting notes and observed teaching sessions sections of the profile as you go along. This will help to avoid a backlog of work in May/June, when the final profiles are due for submission.
Reminder - three weekly cycle
At your weekly meetings with your probationer it's important to look to the next observation. If holidays and in-service days disrupt the three weekly cycle of planning, observation and feedback, try to keep the probationer on track with re-scheduled meetings. Observation 2 should be taking place by the middle of the month, depending on holidays and in-service days.
